We hope that you're really satisified with your Envy hair care products, but if you're not entirely happy with your order please see below for details on how to return your products to us.
I’ve changed my mind about my order
If you’ve simply changed your mind about a purchase, you can return any unopened products to us for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days from receiving the goods. If the order has already been shipped then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us (if the order has not already shipped we will simply cancel and refund your order). We cannot accept returns for opened products unless the products are faulty.
The goods I’ve received are faulty or damaged
If you receive your products and they have either been damaged in transit or are in some way faulty, we'll be happy to accept them back and send a replacement, or refund you in full. If the items are proven to be faulty we will also refund your return postage costs.
I’ve received the wrong products
If we've sent you the wrong items by mistake, we'll be happy to accept them back and send a replacement, or refund you in full, including your return postage costs.
How to return items
If you need to return a product please contact us at email@example.com or in writing at Envy Logistics Limited, 6c Chase Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire WS7 0DP, quoting your order number. Please do not send products back to us without first contacting us.
When you return your item please use a postal service with proof of postage and please retain this proof of postage until we have confirmed to you that we have received the goods. Envy Logistics Limited cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
